This board is special.
A whole slew of people came together for this. Basically an entire high school graduating class. They put this up in loving memory of a classmate who recently passed.
He would have loved this, they said.
Although the high school is in Estacada, OR, the billboard is in Tucson, AZ, because that was the closest #SmileAcrossAmerica board available the time.
